His leadership has driven innovation, operational excellence, and the successful development of high-performance semiconductor solutions across both commercial and defense sectors.

Larry Jorstad is a semiconductor industry veteran with over 40 years of experience in design, testing, and engineering services. He leverages his deep technical expertise to drive innovation, advance testing methodologies, and deliver high-reliability solutions across the semiconductor lifecycle.

Larry holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. He is the designer of Chrysler’s in-dash digital clock and a pioneer in Automated Test Equipment (ATE) latch-up testing.

Saeed Malik is a seasoned technology and semiconductor executive with over four decades of leadership experience driving innovation, growth, and operational excellence. As Chairman of the Board at iTest, Inc., he provides strategic direction and technical guidance, drawing on a distinguished career spanning both engineering and executive leadership.

Saeed began his career by founding ISE Labs in 1983, where he served as CEO and Chairman, growing the company into a leading semiconductor services provider with over $80 million in annual revenue and operations across San Jose, Fremont, Santa Clara, Hong Kong, and Singapore. From 2001 to 2014, he was a Founding Member and Chairman of the Board at Silicon Turnkey Solutions, where he also architected the company’s ERP infrastructure.

He also served as President of Semilabs Inc. from 2001 to 2006, where he led the development of key software tools for the semiconductor industry. Saeed’s academic background includes graduate studies in Computer Science, an M.A. in Political Science from San Jose State University, and an M.S. in Solid State Physics from the University of Karachi, Pakistan.

Earlier in his career, Eric served as a Test Engineer at Silicon Turnkey Solutions (STS) and held key engineering roles across the industry. As an independent consultant, he has supported a wide range of customers—from emerging startups to established semiconductor companies—providing strategic guidance and delivering impactful technical solutions.

Eric is recognized for his ability to bridge engineering depth with practical execution, enabling organizations to scale efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Richard brings over 50 years of experience in electronics, device design, and test engineering across a wide range of industries, including biomedical, automotive, commercial electronics, and IoT systems.
